the programmer has, and how good they were at their job.
A good programmer, self-starter and knows what they are doing,
doesn't screw up more code than they fix, with 2 years experience
should make $25,000 - $30,000 on W2 with a VoTech degree. Maybe
slightly less for a certificate or self-educated. Slightly more if the
programmer can sling some CICS code and is familiar with JCL.
