Has anyone graduated from DADC or NADC?
My husband is considering a career change and wants to go to Nashville Automotive Diesel College or Denver Automotive Diesel College. Does anyone have any information from personally going to either of these schools that would be helpful to know? Or advice? How about anyone who IS a diesel mechanic, any advice about the industry or who to work for or where all the best jobs are?
I used to work at NADC. It takes about a year to finish the course. If he stays in a dorm room it costs about 12,000 dollars for the school and housing. He can make good money as a diesel mechanic but it,s hard work sometimes. Plenty of jobs around here for a good diesel mechanic but he,s better off if he can get a job at a dealership. I hope this helped you.
